How about shipping to other countries?

I've shipped my stuff all over the world without difficulty. Email me, letting me know what you want and how fast you want it. Insurance and tracking are usually not available but if so are recommended but will cost extra. I'll compute the rate and get back to you. Most purchases, such as fender bags, cost about $8-$10 to ship to Western Europe or Australia, somewhat more to other locations. I use First Class International. When you order, the software is pretty stupid so I'll manually add the correct shipping cost at my end. First Class International shipping should take 10 to 14 days.

NOTE that I am not reponsible for delays at your country's Customs Offices and VERY often your post office will be slow to let you know about an international package arrival.

Shipping to Canada

I ship to Canada via First Class International. It typically costs about 10% of the purchase price, but I will contact you first. It takes 10-14 days.

UPS and other shipping outside of the U.S.

I do not ship outside the U.S. by UPS or other methods, unless you have a shipper's account. UPS and other services involve a huge amount of paperwork that I am simply unwilling to do.

How fast do you ship?

Almost all of the time, I can ship the business day after the business day on which the order is received. For example, if I receive your order on Wednesday during business hours, I will ship Thursday. I ship Monday through Saturday, except in the unusual event that I am out of town. If I am out of town for more than 1 business day a notice will be posted on the website.

Order on Monday if you want delivery by the next weekend.

Shipping rates

• Regular shipping - For regular U.S. mail I ship via First Class if the package is 13oz or under and via Priority if over 13 oz. First Class delivers in 3-5 days, Priority in 2-3 days, nationwide in the United States. The shipping charge is 7% of the order total. On average I lose about 15%/shipment - I do not make money on shipping.
• UPS 2-day shipping - The charge posted on the website is based on $25 + 7% of the order total. However, I charge only what it costs me and no more, so the website charge is almost certainly more than your actual charge will be.
• UPS Overnight shipping - The charge on the website is based on $45 + 7% of the order total. However, I charge only what it costs me and no more, so the website charge is almost certainly more than your actual charge will be.
• UPS to Alaska and Hawaii - is very expensive. Regardless of what the website cost is, I charge what it costs me and no more, but in this case it may be substantially more than the website cost. I will call you first to confirm the cost of shipping with you.
